The elder of the Shrine of Ma'at, Baaba Heru Ankh Ra Semajh Se Ptah brought forth the practice of Kemetic Spirituality when he founded his own shrine in the 1960s known as the Shrine of Ptah.  

 

Baaba Heru and the Shrine of Ptah have created the 42 New Ethical Ka'venants of Ma'at in order to provide laws that coincide with today's societal needs and mores.  These new covenants in no way disregard the original Laws of Maat, they are here to serve as an addition to the original 42.
